To Use Warm: Microwave in short 10–15 second intervals, checking the temperature between intervals. Do not overheat. Always test the temperature before placing over the eyes.

To Use Cold: Place in the freezer until chilled. For added protection, place the eye bag inside a clean bag or container while freezing.
